This Distance Agreement governs purchases made on sunsystemcenter.com and forms a binding distance contract under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law.

1. Conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded once the Buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The order confirmation includes the product(s), price (VAT included), delivery method and estimated delivery time.

2. Price and payment. All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer or cash on delivery; card payment will be added once the payment processor is connected — the checkout page always shows the payment methods actually available at the time of order.

3. Delivery. Goods are delivered via Latvijas Pasts or Omniva, to the address or parcel machine chosen at checkout. Delivery cost and estimated time are shown before order confirmation and depend on the destination and parcel weight.

4. Right of withdrawal. The Buyer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify the Seller by email or through the "Returns" page on the website before the 14-day period expires. The goods must be returned undamaged, in original packaging where reasonably possible, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The Seller refunds the price (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer, unless the goods were defective or not as described.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene/health reasons, or digital content supplied on a durable medium once unsealed, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Warranty and complaints. Statutory legal guarantee rights apply to all goods sold. Complaints about defective goods can be submitted via email or the contact form; the Seller will respond within the statutory deadlines set by Latvian consumer protection law.

7. Dispute resolution. Complaints can also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
